Old-ish, dramatically ripe bananas lying around? WAIT. Walk away from the trashcan, compost, green-bin, etc. Use them. It is the season to make banana bread and whatnot after all, right? Too lazy, then make some super easy banana chips!
-Slice 1/8” thick
-Dip in a bowl of water with juice from a fresh lemon (to hold their color and keep from browning)
-Stick them in your dehydrator at 115 degrees for 24 hrs or until perfectly crisp.
-Keep in an airtight jar

Still too time intensive? Peel them and place in a bowl in the freezer to use in smoothies.
