Holiday Cranberry Smoothie

As cranberries are basking in the farmer’s markets, these days, I’ve been creating recipes around this incredibly beneficial fruit. Having given up refined sugar for good, I created this smoothie as a treat when cravings of seasonal pies and cookies start becoming tenacious.

 

RECIPE | raw

1 c raw sprouted almond milk

1 handful sprouted walnuts

1 banana

½ c fresh raw cranberries

dash of cinnamon

1tsp vanilla extract

1 tbls maple syrup

1 tbls lucuma

1 tbls maca

4 ice cubes

 

PROCESS | place all ingredients into a high-powered blender and blend for two minutes
