Yesterday, I had the pleasure of making a wonderful dinner for two new clients of mine who were referred to me by the ever so talented Gem + Remedy. The menu was abundantly medicinal and one of the dishes consisted of a wonderful Alaskan Wild Caught Salmon. I thought I’d share that recipe as it turned out perfect.
LEMON + DILL RAW BUTTER WILD ALASKAN CAUGHT SALMON

1 lemon | juiced
2 tbls raw grass-fed cow butter
2 tbls organic beer
Pinch of quantum pink salt
Pinch of pepper
PROCESS | preheat oven to 375. Make a bed of the dill with a few leaves of basil. Lay fish over it and top with butter, pour lemon juice, add salt, beer and pepper. Wrap up in parchment paper and tie a string around it. Place in oven to cook for 6-10 minutes.
