Fig + Chaga Tonic

I had to cruise back into LA for two days to prepare some personal meals for a couple of clients, and in doing so I found myself quite inspired by all these abundant figs. Not only did I top their salad with figs, but I also made them this delicious tonic.

FIG + CHAGA TONIC

2-3 ripe figs

1 ½ cup of sprouted raw nut milk

1 tbls chaga

1 Tbls astragulus

¼ Tsp ashwagandha

2 dashes of cinnamon

1 pinch of quantum pink salt

7 drops stevia or to taste

2 ice cubes

PROCESS | place all ingredients in the blender and blend on high for 1 minute. Enjoy
