Parsley

Parsley, one of my favorite herbs of all time, is so much more than just a garnish. It ends up in my morning green smoothie daily with great reason. Some of its ever-healing benefits consist of high amounts of flavonoids known as apigenin, which pose incredible anti-cancerous properties. It also serves as a potent anti-inflammatory due to eugenol oil. Folic acid rich, it helps protect your blood vessels. And my very favorite benefit that it poseses is its natural diuretic tendencies.
