Herbalism

The most frequent question I receive is:  "where does your herb knowledge come from?"  There is a three-fold answer to this.  1.  I was raised with a grandmother that was well versed in natural healing and herbalism.  2. I've gone to school for it.  3.  And the most important, I constantly self-educate.

I have a few theories on herbalism.  As there isn't a formal certification you can receive in the states to be an herbalist, and it truly is the people's medicine, I implore everyone to educate themselves on healing with plants and through food.  There honestly is a plant for nearly every ailment out there.  And these powerful plants can also do so much in way of toning vital organs and detoxifying unwanted waste, pollution, hormones, and much more.  For some this may look like self-education, which I find to be just as commendable as going to a formal school.  Others will apprentice notable herbalist.  And the last few will attend schooling.  No matter which route you take, the perfect one awaits the authentic healing and knowledge that you will soon provide to your immediate family and community.
