Two products my beauty maven friend has always stressed that EVERYONE needs to use are a broad spectrum spf over 30 and a potent vitamin C serum to protect against daily pollutants, UV aging, and free radicals.
Naturally there are a slew of toxic ones out there that are quite effective; however, they throw my adrenals off (due to their endocrine disrupting chemicals) incredibly quickly. Perusing Whole Foods recently I picked these two products up. For the first time I'm quite in love with these cleaner alternatives that I find incredibly effective and wonderful.
