I constantly go through gluten-free grain obsession phases where I find myself eating some daily at lunch for a few weeks on end. One spoonful contains more health promoting anthocyanin (heart disease preventing) that a spoonful of blueberries - with less sugar, more fiber, and more vitamin E antioxidants (cancer preventing). You can also enjoy 8.5g of protein, 3.5g of iron, and 4.9g of fiber per serving. So basically this is brown rice’s superfood cousin.
