One remedy I absolutely love having around the house at all times is a small jar of a custom headache herbal blend. The odd headache one receives is usually due to one, or a combination of, the following: allergies, stress, tension, dehydration, low blood sugar, salty foods, too many cold foods in the diet, too acidic of a state, or excessive mental concentration. So this particular blend is wonderful for soothing the nervous system, relaxing an overanxious mind, rehydrating the body with deep mineralization, combating allergies, and pushing you back into an alkaline state.
Whether I’ve had a pounding headache all day or just start to feel one coming on, this blend always does the trick. And it usually relieves all headache symptoms within 15-20 minutes. It’s the vintage version of taking aspirin.
