Having fallen a bit under the weather two days ago, along with a mommy client ordering Bone Broth and Kitchari, I decided to make an extra large batch to mono-eat for the following couple of days to slowly and gently detoxify built up toxins in my tissues, and balance my doshas.  I also complimented this with detoxifying fluids and Triphala.
