NATIVE week No. 19

Over the moon to welcome this little health eatery to Echo Park. It will be my new regular spot for spirulina smoothies, bone broth, and kitchari. Everything is gluten-free and they'll be sourcing responsible protein from Marin Sun Farms. All their veggie scraps are used to make bone broth. Vibes are high.

In complete agreement with this intuitive

O B S E S S E D with this body scrub. Max has had it in the shower for a bit from his last visit to We Care. Because I've been so into K-spas and self-care lately, I decided to give it a whirl. It's raw, with such potent oils, so it leaves the skin smooth but also super soft and hydrated. Thought I'd share.

Getting pretty excited about the next Mercado Sagrado in a couple of weeks. Mark your calendars LA.

Fall insp.

This INSANE interior by the most talented int. designer that I interned for briefly, years ago. Always inspired by her.

In a major cleansing mood for no particular reason. Been eating loads of seaweed & broth soup, and Ayurvedic fare this week, so I'm definitely going to make this, this weekend.

On that note, this is the book I've been cooking from all week.

A ton of you asked what pot I used to decoct Chai tea this week (on my Instagram video stories). This is the only one I could find. I bought it from a local acupuncturist.

This has been my quick daily fall rouge when I feel like applying zero other makeup.
