Over the moon to welcome this little health eatery to Echo Park. It will be my new regular spot for spirulina smoothies, bone broth, and kitchari. Everything is gluten-free and they'll be sourcing responsible protein from Marin Sun Farms. All their veggie scraps are used to make bone broth. Vibes are high.
