Common manifestation information circling on the market can focus far too much on macro intentions. I often have to recalibrate my clients thinking around this. A huge portion of the formula I’ve created around manifestation centers on the fact that we must learn lessons and pass tests. And a big proponent of passing tests comes from accepting nothing less that what you’ve called in on your list. Therefore a BIG aspect of my process and work with my clients highlights these two elements:
SIX MONTHS | a macro intention(s) is something like a five-year-plan. That’s beautiful and really powerful to be lucky enough to be clear on what that is. However, keeping your focus on that massive ball that is quite far away will get you in trouble when it comes to manifestation. Therefore it’s imperative that my clients call in subjects that they can believably receive within the next six to nine months.
I’ll give a personal example. For a bit when I started this journal and didn’t quite know how I’d make money from it, I knew that I’d have to start some minor freelance consulting work. When I left the awful job I had before starting this journal, I told The Universe very clearly, “I’ll never ever work for anyone else again.”
Therefore, I could only make money off my own freelance or blog endeavors. One day, I met a seeing is believing that was doing really well as a wellness social media consultant. I decided to do some social media consulting. I made my manifestation list of THE company that I really wanted as my client. Then I put together my resume, and I blindly sent it out to twenty or so companies in the wellness industry - including the one I wanted. That company instantly expressed interest, but was taking time getting back to me if it would be a sure thing or not. Then another juice company in LA that is quite big got in touch and brought me in for an interview.
They weren’t interested in my freelance service regarding their social media. But they did offer me a managerial position in one of their juice shops. Mind you, I had like $1,000 in savings and zero money coming in, so this - at that time - seemed like a stable and "smart" financial option. I went home that night, sat with myself and The Universe, and realized this was a BIG test.
So I thanked them, turned down the offer, and blindly jumped off a cliff of total and complete trust within The Universe that it would provide me with the perfect client on my terms as a freelance consultant. The next week, the true juice company that I wanted to work with got in touch right after and retained me as a freelance social media consultant.
Now, if I had been manifesting on a macro level, I would have bypassed all of this and simply asked The Universe to be making obscene amounts of money off the blog immediately. Yes, that was my bigger plan but it wasn’t on a sixth month micro level. It would have been absurd. I didn't "believe" that was even a possibility because I had zero seeing is believing around it. I had to build that. Manifesting on a micro level will completely change the game in your life - with results. (This story is also a direct example of "really good at" when transitioning to a career you want).
CORE WANTS & NEEDS | This brings me to the second rule of this notion. Yes, you must manifest with the next sixth months as a time frame, but even more importantly you must ask for core believable wants! I’ll sit down with a client that is asking one thing and then we’ll dig around a little together, and I’ll realize they don’t actually believe they can have this. Because my formula surrounding manifestation isn’t thought based, it’s belief based, you can think about something until you’re blue in the face but it won’t show up. So, if you have limiting beliefs surrounding what you’re calling in, one needs to do the work around them.
Next, asking from the core is everything. Leave out the fluff. Let’s take the example from earlier. When I made my list for my freelance social media consulting client, I left all the fluff off. I had: a) an amount that I needed to make to survive, b) that I wanted to work from home, c) the dynamics of the cient that mattered to me (wellness, chic, spiritual, inspiring), d) the amount of hours and days I was willing to work with them - and that’s about it.
Core wants/needs are simply the things you absolutely need to be happy with the subject you’re manifesting. If it’s a relationship, leave out fluffy stuff. Ask for the things that would be absolute deal breakers if the subject didn’t possess those qualities.
If you’re having trouble realizing what limiting beliefs might be hindering you and how to work through them, or guidance regarding manifestation general, I look forward to connecting over a session.
