We all know that if we change, our outside world changes. Hippie’s, gurus, and revolutionaries have been telling us this for centuries. A few months ago I had an intuitive share a pretty interesting ancient Hawaiian self-healing technique. And though I don’t personally always use it in my everyday practice or in my manifestation practice with clients, it has brought solace in some rather tricky times. Especially pertaining to people’s behavior that I have no control over.
This ancient Hawaiian self-healing method of stress reduction (release) and problem solving is called Ho'oponopono, which means to make right or to rectify an error. Ho'oponopono is comprised of four sayings that one expresses to themselves. These four sayings are meant to offer complete self-love and healing. And by loving one’s self entirely and healing old wounds, the theory is that we have the capacity to heal every single thing we come in contact with, taste, see, touch, or hear. The tradition of Ho'oponopono also believes that we are all inner-connected, so in order to change the hardships we are seeing outside of us - for they are merely a projection of what is inside of us - we can use these four words to heal the hardships within.
Ho'oponopono | for stress, unhappiness, relationship difficulties, and anything else one might experience, one simply soothes and relaxes themselves with these four sayings:
